You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown!

Sam and I have had so much fun being involved with the youth. It's been so great to really get to know them and participate in their lives. A few weeks ago we got to see one of Sam's Deacon's (Kaden) and one of my Beehives (Christina) in Fisher Middle School's production of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown! Kaden was playing Charlie Brown and did such a good job!! Christina was a school girl! She looked darling!!

Easter

I'm not going to lie, my best memories of Easter are always when Easter falls on conference Sunday! I was SO excited it was going to be that way this year. There is just something about lazily finding your basket at my parents house that morning (and not having to do it quickly before church), and laying around in pajamas with your family... mmm LOVE IT! It was such an amazing conference session, I feel so grateful that we get the chance to listen to our leaders in that setting, especially on Easter Sunday. It makes it that much more special. I sadly did not take many Easter pics, but here is what I did get:

Mine and Sam's Peep Easter baskets! Didn't get a picture of our basket from my parents though! But that was soooo delicious!

My dad gave me a bundle of closed daffodil stems, and they bloomed into these beauties! They are such a happy flower! Love them. Thank you Daddy!!

I blew out a few eggs and glittered and bedazzled them! Sooo much fun! It doesn't translate in the photos so much, but these eggs were gorgeous! Ahh I love glitter!

I also made these babies! They had 3 or 4 jumbo marshmallows covered in this caramel concoction I made, then covered in melted guitard chocolate.... soooo rich, but soo good! I forgot to take a picture of all of them together on my platter before they got eaten, but I managed to get a picture of one of them!

February Fun

FEBRUARY!!

Valentine's Day! We went to Don Giovanni's in Mountain View (Sam's dish was AMAAAAAZING.... mine was kind of disgusting, but we are totally going back and I am ordering what Sam had... YUM), then we went and saw Valentine's Day (the movie). So grateful I have a built in Valentine! hehe. Love you sweetheart!!

Sam and I had the incredible opportunity to go to Kaitlyn and Meghan Shea's baptism. They are two darling girls that are now in our ward. Sam got to baptize Katie who is one of my young women! LOVE these girls!

Sam made a new body for his RC Car! Isn't it beautiful? I love watching the boys race these things! They are so cute... like little puppies or something.

Seaworld With The Spendloves!

Sam and I had so much fun going to SeaWorld with Sam's sister Kathy and their kids, Summer, Spencer, Nephi and Benson and Kathy's sister in law Sarah. That place is so amazing! We now have 2-year season passes, so we are very excited to go back again soon!

Baby Benson's Blessing Day

In February Sam and I got to go down to San Diego to visit Sam's sister Kathy's family! We had SOOO much fun!! We got there Saturday and hung out with the kiddos for a while, and had so much fun catching up with them! Then on Sunday we got to be there for their new baby Benson's blessing. It was such a sweet day. We loved getting to sit with our nieces and nephews during church, and getting to listen to the sweet blessing.
